Monterey is the last phase of the O’South residential project developed by Wheelock Property. The development consists of eight building towers and 22 villas, providing a total of 926 units.

FAK3 was commissioned to work on the clubhouse and towers, collaborating with various international designers.

Located behind the new waterfront promenade with unobstructed view, every lower floor unit at the base of the towers is provided with private terrace. The elevated villas will either have panoramic views or an intimate view of the central garden.

All towers are connected through a network of footbridges and elevated shopping streets on the 2 storey retail podium’s external face that cradles the central landscape garden with an underground clubhouse below. Besides, the project has obtained a tentative gold rating of the Green Building Certificate Label, affirming its well performance in energy consumption.
